Jennifer did a wonderful job of pricing, marketing, and negotiating a final sale price on our condo in West Lethbridge. She put together a mini-staging that significantly improved the look of an otherwise empty unit, and the professional photos she provided with the listing served well in featuring the highlights of the condo and building. We found her to be attentive to details and well connected which made our lives as out-of-town sellers much simpler. Jennifer kept us apprised of progress in dealing with various matters, and on top of all of that, we found her to be a very kind and straightforward person. We have no hesitation in recommending her and her team to anyone looking for a competent Lethbridge realtor.

First Rate Pictures and Description

We chose Jennifer Brodoway of Lethbridge Real Estate after doing some research and then interviewing a couple of realtors. She, and other members of the team, did a great job of selling our home. The pictures and description of the house were first-rate, they were proactive in seeking out potential buyers, and kept us up to date. The house sold in a timely manner. Jennifer was fabulous. I was worried that I would not be able to sell my house due to covid, but she put together a great set of photos, along with a virtual video tour, and the house sold within a month. She was also a great negotiator and gave excellent advice on how to respond to offers. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

I worked with Joel and Justin during my process of buying my first home. Both were very respectful and knowledgeable which made my experience much less daunting. More importantly though is that they were both patient with me and very helpful in helping me go through the process of figuring out exactly what I wanted in my first home. As I’ve never worked with another real estate agent, I don’t have anyone to compare them to, but they have set a pretty high bar for what I can expect from a professional in the industry. Justin and his entire team were great to deal with throughout the entire home selling & buying process. We bought our first home from Justin 5 years ago and he was very easy to deal with so when we listed this year it was a no brainer who we would use to sell our house. He was ALWAYS available when he had questions or concerns (and we had a lot), very personable & made a not so fun experience a lot less difficult. Not only did we enjoy dealing with him but our kids ended up always being excited to go see Justin!! Highly recommend him to sell your home!!
