You may need to buy a home, (your lease is up, you are now on your own, you have already sold your house and possession is coming up soon). If you need to get into a home soon, we can help. Viewlethbridge.com has 10 full-time REALTORS. We can help you to go through listings online so that we keep showings of homes to a minimum. We are happy to find vacant homes for you to look at, and those that have a quick possession. We can do all of the necessary paperwork digitally as well. If you would like to wait until things have calmed down a bit, we can do that too. We can get you set up to receive listings by email, so you can keep in touch with the market until you are ready to buy. We also are doing virtual first-time home buyer seminars, (a great opportunity to get information and some good discounts on services).
