We are Real Estate Investors and were branching into the Lethbridge market this summer. We interviewed a couple of realtors and started working with one. We ended up not very happy with them and so started searching for someone different. We found Dave and what a difference!! He was so awesome in helping us find what we were looking for. He had excellent knowledge of the rental market in Lethbridge and was able to show us the best areas to buy in, that would attract good tenants and generate good income. We spent a lot of time searching and he was never impatient and never rushed us but worked very hard to help us find the perfect properties! He also has a fantastic sense of humor and was a lot of fun to deal with. We HIGHLY recommend him!!
