Hi Dave and Jen,
Dane and I wanted to drop you a quick message thanking you for everything you have done and helping us find our new home, it is perfect for us and will be for many years to come.
Honestly we had no clue what to expect with trying to buy our first home. Dave you made the home viewing fun for us, often making Dane laugh with your straight forward thoughts and opinions when something didn’t look right or you saw it wasn’t done right. You taught us so much we feel we now have a way better knowledge on things that ownership is going to be pretty hassle free. We both liked how you told us the honest truth good or bad about the various listings including your own when most other Realtors wouldn’t pick out concerns on their own listings; at the same time letting us know if that certain home really could work for us from the guidelines we gave you. After awhile they all started to look the same and the fact you could recall so many important details of each was amazing! You always answered any of our concerns either by text or phone and your emails were always very detailed and helpful so I could easily forward them to Dane when he was at work. We were honestly quite worried about things but you quickly turned that uncertainty into a very enjoyable experience! We would never have any concerns recommending you and Jen to anyone looking for property in Lethbridge and area. You will be hearing from some of our friends sooner than later.
