We’ve had the opportunity to work with Dave and Jen over the past few months as we knew the time had come to move up to something larger than could accommodate our growing family.
When I initially sought advice I sat down with Jen who helped us determine what we were looking for and helped to narrow the search as we progressed through our journey. When that was complete Dave started showing us a variety of properties
to help us identify the elements that were truly important to us. As we became more ‘tuned in‘ to what was really important to us Dave would point out features such as floor plans, location of bedrooms etc., neighborhood/location. At no time did we ever feel pressured to put in an offer on a house. Jen and Dave worked with us at our pace. Many times we wanted to go back for a ‘second‘ or ‘third’ look at a property. They were so patient and accommodating and we never felt like we were imposing on them even when we were!
They are both a very professional real estate team who are totally dedicated to their clients and always made us feel like we were important to them. Regardless of the number of people needing their services they seemed to be able to accommodate everyone! When we were ready to purchase our house Dave was even at the property for the inspection and went over the report with us. Very few realtors would ever take the time to participate in a ‘house inspection‘.
Dave and Jen also helped prepare our current home for sale. They came in one day, went through the whole house and provided us with suggestions on the kind of maintenance that would add value to the house. When we had done as much as we could to prepare the house they came back and staged it with furniture! We never would expect this level of Service and yet to Dave and Jen it is all part of what makes them so successful in the real estate world. These two work as a team and we would always recommmend them to anyone considering the purchase of a new home or the sale of their old one. They go so far above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a real estate professional. They are the best!
